Need dating coach. Will pay $$$. SF Bay Area

I am a professionally successful 40 year old man whose life is going great except for one thing - I don't have anyone to share it with.
Before you think I am the "40 year old virgin", I should tell you I am not. I have had multiple relationships, for over 20 years. My last one ended about a year ago, and since then I have gone on hundreds of dates. I've done online dating and speed dating. The one thing I am not "able" (read "too afraid/shy") to do is talk to the many attractive women I see every day on the street, at a store, at a cafe, etc. I am looking for someone to coach me on how to Talk To Women, whether it's approaching a stranger or on a date. I obviously recognize that I need help, and I am willing to spend the time and money to do it. This may also require a makeover of my wardrobe, etc. and that's fine.
You don't have to have experience as a mentor in this. You should be good at talking to women obviously, someone social and outgoing that I can learn from. Someone who also can sympathize with my social anxiety even if you haven't experienced it yourself. Someone I can have a good rapport with.
