Question Should I stay friend on Facebook

We went on a date, it was great, after that we have texted a lot, I have opened the topic about being couple, she told me that she was interested in me only as a friend. Still we are friends but I want to change (gaining weight and building muscle) and try my chance again. So, should I keep my Facebook account deactivated? Or have to keep the friendship? It won't take my time, it will be no more than 5 minute telephone conversation (after few months), so please don't tell me "don't waste your time".

Do you any idea of her regular schedule? Work, etc? What I would do is chill out a few months while you do your self improvement scheme, and then one day insert yourself in an area you know she will most likely be in at the time.. like walking out of her job or whatever.

Then you can have a "chance" meeting and restart the interaction with a bit more Alpha. Keep an eye on her facebook to see what she's up to. She may have a boyfriend between now and then but that's the way it is.

I've thought about this but she is away and she is preparing for exams so I won't know where she will be at that time. I would go to her city and I would ask to meet but I've already used that 'joker' (I wanted to see her in person and how serious she was, she was surprised, a bit angry because she was told me that she will not change her mind, and "why I was there without asking her first"). So, if I go with a surprise visit her response will be same "why you didn't ask me first". Based on my mistakes with her I think it is important to talk like a friend (not exactly but with flirting) on phone or video chat before I go there.

It sounds to me like a loss then. It could come across as stalkerish. Perhaps its time to just chalk it off as an loss and go for a win closer to home.
