Start working out a bit, get a good haircut, spend about $100 on a real nice outfit and find an opinion opener that you like and just repeat it over and over until you can't forget it.

Or to make it simple, just ask someone really hot for the time and comment about something nice on her (her voice, hair, shirt etc) and then just say Thank You and leave. This will help build up you confidence and help with AA.

You could go direct, which is where you open her with an honest compliment, but that requires more balls than opening indirect so I guess you'd rather go indirect. If you do want to go direct, here's how I got there despite having major AA. If you want to, you can tweak that advice. Just replace the opener with something indirect you think up up front. It'll require less cohones and might make you feel more comfortable.

I like that a lot, I might start to do that at random in the streets, good training (even thoguh asking for the time is a bit wrong, now that everyone has a smartphone or similar )
