I've been called "cocky" and "big headed" as well. I brush it off with a joke. Remember, women base life off how they "feel" they are feelings based creatures. The more you get them to feel good the less they focus on your perceived cockiness.

Hey all, FauxPas here. Can 'know it all's/one uppers' fall into the catagory of being over confident? I know that's one personality I run from whether it be male or female. Any thoughts on this? Ciao, FauxPas, (new man in the making!).

I personally wouldn't categorise a "know-it-all" into the overconfident category. They always seem either like they just like to give out facts or qualify themselves to you. I find them kinda annoying.

Usually "know it alls" tend to compensate for something. More often than not they pretend to know it all, but end up looking like fools
