Default Should i confront my one-itis?

I just graduated from high school, and i have a bad case of the itis. First time i ever started falling for a girl, and i got used like I was her f-ing tampon(never spending shit on another girl unless we're dating). Took her on really nice dates and all that shit, and on prom night i found out she's farkin another dude. I haven't been able to get any of this off my mind, and i've just been ignoring her, doing all the standard "get over her" stuff, hanging out with friends, just staying busy. But still she's all I can think about. Would it help to confront her about this shit? Its really fucked up my self esteem and given me some insecurities. If i did what should i say?

Thanks in advance for any and all replies.

Hey dude. I think you've had a good idea to start getting into PUA again or for the first time or whatever. I think a lot of guys in the community start because of the same thing you're going through. I'd advise that you do confront your one-itis.

The best way to do it? Go out, run game on some girls. Trust me, even just getting attraction signs is a self-esteem booster. As I heard said in The Game, (think it was Mystery or RJ) go and find ten other girls to mess around with and see if this little flower is still so special - something along those lines.

I get that it's difficult, but my view is why spend time trying to get one girl to want to spend time with you when you could spend time with 5 that already want to spend time with you?

    Hope this helps, man.
