    Truth is, I never used to have any AA before I learned about pickup, then when I started to learn about it, I put a lot of meaning on approaches with expectations, and for the first time I felt AA. Is anyone else the same? did anyone not even feel anxiety before they learned about this and had expectations of an outcome?

    I've noticed myself go on highs and lows of times with pickup for sure.
    Hopefully more highs with time , and I have seen better highs as I go.

    But I could compare it to weightlifting, the more consistently you do it each week, the more you'll improve.

    If u start a set of reps each week (pickup) and keep at it, chances are you'll keep it up, and increase the weights as u go (hb7 to hb9 etc. Lol)

    But if u decrease the amount of reps, ie pickup, you'll sorta deflate, and have to pickup back where u started, to get that momentum sorta.

    Point is, keep at it and you'll get better and stay better!
