Default How to be or not to be NEEDY?

I have the confidence to talk to MBs all day, but because I don't wanna come off as needy, I usually show a lack of interest before I even try to talk to girls, which I think is telegraphing to the girl don't talk to me.

I guess I have this mind frame where, I need the girl to show interest first before I move in. And I think its killing me softly every time I see a guy talk to the same girl that I wanted to come to me first.

So my question is, What should I do about to take care of this

Instead of trying to show a lack of interest in the girl, just make yourself have a lack of interest in the OUTCOME.

    That might help you out.

You want to appear friendly & approachable, just don't give a crap about what happens or doesn't happen after you talk to her.
