Post No reply, should I text again or wait for approach?

I recently got a girls number HB8 and we shared a few texts.. Things were good and I found out she was talking to her friends about me.. I asked her on a date but she was workings and told me to come in (I declined as it wouldn't be the best situation, a busy bar in New York).. I ran in to her again a week later at her work and she finished her shift and came and sat with me and a friend and had a few drinks (my friend found a reason and left and we had a good chat for 30 minutes, I didn't directly ask her on a date again because I didn't want to do it infront of my friend when he came back).. Everything went really well, she asked me to come visit her more when she worked..
The next day I txtd her a simple text about how her night ended up.. I got no reply.

Wondering if I should text again in a few days, if so what's a good approach for the text?
Or should I just wait to see her again.

    Thanks y'all

I wouldn't be too afraid of visiting her at work, especially if she works at a bar. You could gain some nice social approval/comfort that way. You have her number, you can ask her out via a text. Make it an attractive offer.

Next time you text her, don't just ask her a question about her - "interrogation" is never funny. Tell her more about you and make her wonder what it would feel like for her to had joined your company and shared the fun you had. It is also a good idea to not text her too soon and give her a little space to breathe. Maybe you could text something like "me and my friends are visiting your work place for a few drinks on x-date. where would you suggest us to sit to have the best view of the place?" or something similar. Also keep in mind that, since she's working there she may not be available to join you as much as you'd like to, but if she's interested enough in you, she'll keep you in her vision most of the time. Use this on your advantage... ;-)
