    Default How to motivate in low energy days?

    Hi everyone.

    I'm an active PUA and I really enjoy the game. I have been doing this for years but there is something that I still cannot fight with: Sometimes I wake up just not in the mood to pick up or flirt, and I lose lots of chances that I know I could get under normal circumstances ( this becomes something frustrating).On the other hand, there are also good days that I wake up full of energy and ready for flirting and get results.

    We know that before making someone feel good, you have to feel good with yourself first. And it is the same principle. I understand this is normal, we all are busy guys that have a life and we are sometimes with low energy. I want to know what do you do guys in this kind of situations? I have used NLP and it has helped a lot but any other approach would be welcome.

    I also have those low energy days, when I feel for just sleeping or perhaps put a bullet in my head. What I usually do is to bring myself to collar and hit the gym which usually gives me energy and make me feel better afterwards.

    What do you do yourself?

    my suggestion is to go to the gym more even when lazy makes you feel better after instead for 2 hours go for 1 hour. Take your vitamins, im taking vitamin b 125 great for energy , korean ginsing to balance my metal attitude and i can tell when i don't take it. I become more emotional. vitamin c , and some herbs that are increasing my energy and labido = mega tribulus , tongkat ali , max strength avena and one of the better ones a brazillian herb that boosts energy greatly with no crash , headaches , or heart palpitations. is called cha de bugre. id give ya the link but i cant give url cause new memeber its on swanson vitamin site

    i also feel the lack of energy when i don't take it. usually one per day and before gym i'll take 2. i never go above the 1 day max and never had a problem. is great for at the gym.

    before divorce was depressed on sofa no energy and now im full of it and when i'm with someone at night.......the response has been many times are you trying to kill me after a few hour session ? or your ex was crazy to let you go...... my answer was she didn't have a choice was my decision . no bragging its the truth. Its all about the energy , confidence and frame of mind....

    You're right. I'm gonna move my exercise routine to the mornings, perhaps that will increase my motivation specially at the beginning of the day.
    Other thing that really helps (this may sound obvious but it's important) is to have a balanced diet so you feel well with your organism and full of energy. Thanks a lot for your replies!

    also if you think you will be farking on a certain day don't spend all your energy at the gym that day. happened to me several times didn't have the energy to release. pay attention to your energy level........ gym plus dancing and drinking for 3 or 4 hours equals possible problems unless you been holding for several days or weeks.
