    Question conversation template for cinema

Ok so I work at a cinema, and long story short i see lots of hot girls ignore me as i rip their tickets and tell them what cinema they are in and I'm sick of it.

Tonight i had work and had a quiet shift so i started work on some form of conversation template. Effectively i start by greeting them (as i have to) and continue to ask what they are seeing. From here i would proceed to neg them about the movie they are seeing (ahh twilight, thats ok but if you wanrt a real good movie watch blahblahblah) my problem is i don't get much of a response from this (out of the three times i tried) and I'm not a confident person so my delivery can be a bit shaky.

I need some suggestion on where i should go next from their response (usually something passive like ohh ok) and how to make a number close as short and sharp as possible (i am on shift afterall)

Any suggestions would be much appreciated, thanks in advance!

    That's gonna be tough.
Reason being, when girls are on their way to get their seats, they're too focused on getting in & getting settled to watch the movie they just paid 12.00 for. LOL!

They're probably not going to be interested in chatting at that moment. So regardless of your approach, it's gonna be difficult in that situation.

However, your best bet would be to get them pumped up even more to see the movie, rather than negging them about it.

Tell them they have to let you know how they liked it when they come back out. They'll be more energized, excited & in a good mood, which might increase your odds a bit more.

Thanks a heap! Thats brilliant, im kickin myself now because i didnt think of that!

My only problem mow would be transitioning from tell me how it was to a number close. Depending on their response, if it was something negative i could recommend something ive seen or on a long shot invite them to catch a movie after my shift that "i promise you'll love". The second one is a long shot though.

For a positive response, I'm thinking of going along with it like "thats great! Ill habe to catch it soon" but after that i got nothing LOL!
