Remembered one i had tried before...

"You think your some kind of player."

Me:"yeah i am... i play basketball, volleyball, football..."

"Avoid it... but thats what u are"

"I think the real question is why are u so insecure?"

Then followed up with "do i treat u like a sex object etc...?" To get her to delve deeper into our relationship...

Dont know if thats a great example or just a fair one

I think i get it now... they test u by trying to one up u. To devalue yourself. When u get defensive, its the same as projecting neediness.

I also believe that THE WAY u say it will make or break u. I try to look suspicious as it covers up any involuntary physical action such as 'worried eyes' lol

I have to say, I love this post. It really puts things into perspective for me. Any more examples of how you've controlled or acquired your frame would be great, Red Baron! Thanks!

BTW, after reading about your beret, the peacock piece people seemed really interested in, I decided to look it up because I forgot what a beret was. I went onto Google images and typed it in, but my computer changed it to beretta...which is a 9mm handgun, lol.

By request I wrote up more examples and information on how I got my frame, but it got so long I had to give it it's own thread

    Read! http://www.puaforums.com/game/17751-...html#post72804

And for atom, a year ago I put up an album for Virgil to show some of my peacock, I've added more but it's largely similar

I'm still really confused as to what frame is..

IS it basically just being calm and cool and collected? When they try to break your confidence you react by laughing joking or diverting?

they are trying to bring you down?

Or frame means you do what you want and talk about what u want?

    just really confused

RB, mad respect. That is frame control at its finest. It reminded me of one of my favorite in field challenges.

    Kino's Obstacle Obliterated!!!

I'm not trying to hijack your thread. I'm just offering another perspective. Again, mad respect.
