Re: Why Inner game should be your starting point!
Inner game junkie here.
"If you spend time working on your inner game your outer game will naturally improve, a lot of the sticking points will disappear and generally I find that I can recover from most mistakes when my self-confidence is sky-high."
It's all about finding your anchor, what keeps you grounded in this hectic and confusing world of ours. What is it that puts you into that pumped-up no-holds-barred sarging mood? What is it that brings you back to a calm grounded state when you're stressed and feeling lost in the world? Find your anchors, and you will go far.
My Calming(Stress Relieving) Anchor: Meditation, Weight-lifting
My Pump-Up Anchor: I've trained myself to get pumped up and into that manic nothing-can-stop-me state by simply grinning like a fool. A little classic Pavlovian conditioning where every time I brought a girl back to my place, I made sure to wildly grin right before having sex with her. I've associated the feeling of having sex with grinning and so completely internalized it that when I simply grin to myself, all of those amazing feelings come back.
Learn to love yourself before you can love others You must become completely confident in your own abilities to make a change in the world and to make things happen not only for yourself, but for others around you. I'm actually abstaining from any sexual contact(no cumming at all) for 40 days+40 nights during this winter vacation, heavily concentrating on meditation + weightlifting. Brb, becoming a hermit. None of us will ever be perfect with women, but that does NOT mean that we are not going to try. Even the best of PUA's still get feelings of AA when approaching the most beautiful of women, even if it's just a little tingle, we're still human, and it's how you directly deal with problems like AA that determine how successful you will be.
