Default How do you be alpha in the work place.

I'm putting in great work on my inner game and developing into a high value alpha male, however I'm curious how I do this in the work place where jam not in charge and just a regular employee. If I question things , I could get fired or in trouble. If I try to game or escalate with co workers, theres potential for sexual harassment suites and problems like that.

Anyone have any advice on showing alpha dominance in a position where you have no power ?

Being an alpha in the workplace is not about fighting, bucking the system, being a jerk, and sexually harassing other employees. Its about being a leader, someone who is looked up to, and someone people can trust. Are you the person that everyone comes to for help? Do they trust you enough to ask for your advice? Do you come up with ideas on how to do things more effectively? Who's the person your boss comes to when they need things done? If its you, then you're the Alpha personality. If its not, that's where you need to start. That's what puts you in a situation to be able to game at work without sexually harassing. Girls that want to flirt and be flirted with at work will come to you (the Alpha), if you set yourself up in a way that they feel comfortable. If they're used to asking you for advice for work matters, they'll ask you for advice in personal matters. Once you develop that personal relationship, then the gaming is ok to begin (as long as you don't do stupid stuff at work). Remember its way easier to game with someone at your same level at work. If someone is above/below you, there is a risk of Quid Pro Quo (this for that - usually relating to sexual favors for advancements or rewards) and that's a big no-no for bosses. So its better to be a 'grunt' Alpha than a 'boss' Alpha in this regard.

IMO gaming at work is bad karma! If you mess up an interaction with one of those girls it could end poorly and have long term repercussions. Being alpha in the workplace, however, is a boss idea! Professional development is always something to strive for. Don't do it for the girls though! Do it because it's the best thing for YOU to do for your career. Just my insights, your beliefs probably differ and that's cool too, I've just been there done that, when I was first starting.
Caveat: Just because I feel a certain way about my journey doesn't mean you should feel the same about yours.

If you can't say that you would rather die than not do it; you don't want it bad enough.

Actually, I'm very well liked by all my co workers and I'm often asked to do tasks and I'm the guy that they can count on to do things. At least I feel that way because they ask me to do tasks and such. And whenever they need help, they can come to me. I wasn't sure if that was alpha or being a beta though? And there were times when I was asked for advice and. They were considering g buying something for someone that we sold in the store. And I have a very good relationship with my boss's and managers. Often they come to me when they need a task done. And on several occasions made mention that it was because I was very detailed or that they thought I had the right eye to do it. And I always stay later and help the other departments and my one manager did say that even though I might not hear it often, it is greatly appreciated.
