Heylo guys. I've been recently starting to go out on Friday's with a few mates. I've been trying to open up single women. Been having a good conversation at the very beginning, but I lose her interest, do to running out of things to say or I might jump into the AFC mode and begin asking questions. My game is very weak at best and I've been reading "The Game" and other books, in which they just repeat the same old stuff. They claim they have the major "stuff," but it seems to be rehashed and provide very little effect, mainly do to lack of help.

I mainly sit in one area of the club, rather than go at the dance floor, really, because of my lack of skills at dancing to dubstep (the nights I get a chance to go out, due to work.)

What tips, advice, links, etc. that I can actually do to work up on this? If I can be frank? I mainly just want some companionship, phone number-close, and whatnot, rather than just an f-close, but I wouldn't turn it down if I could.

Because I'm sure LeBron James read 5 books on basketball and then went out and joined the NBA, right?

    1. The Game is not a How-To. It's an eye-opener. That's it. Read it, enjoy it, and the put it down.

    2. There is a difference between reading and STUDYING. Apparently you either don't know the difference or you are studying the wrong books.

    3. Magic Bullets, The Mystery Method, Blueprint, etc. These are absolutely step-by-step, fundamental learning books that cost you a hundred bucks and it will take 4-6 months of non-stop studying and practice to get solid results working for you.

    4. DO NOT make the mistake of reading a book and then thinking that you actually understand it. Most people will tell you that even at an intermediate level, they will sometimes go back to their first core product (in my case magic bullets) and learn stuff that they never caught on their 5th or 6th time reading it.

    5. The "same old stuff" has worked for a damn lot of people, and so the problem is your approach and dedication, NOT the material.

** Pick a foundational product. Read it. Practice what you read. Study it and determine what worked and what didn't. Track your results. And do this over and over and over and over. Until you do this, you are completely wasting your time.

Yeah, I know. Rome wasn't built in one day. I wasn't expecting results overnight or anything. I have to be willing to fuck up, go over what I did wrong, so I know how differently to handle it and whatnot.

But I understand what you're trying to tell me. Most of it was basically just having my friends help me and give me a little bit of advice and whatnot.

Oh, I should have mention, that even when I get past the opening to start a conversation, I start to go into the boring 20 questions game, which I can tell is boring, because honestly it's been done so many times that anyone would get tired of it.
