Don't know why, but whenever a girl asks me ''how are you?'' (via text/Facebook) my brain just cant seem to rustle up a decent response. I tend to think that the standard ''I'm awesome/good, you?'' response is way too bland/universally used and as a result, boring, which sets a negative frame from the get go. Maybe I'm over thinking the situation and should opt for the standard line, but I'm an outside the box thinker and like to go for the more spontaneous response e.g. ''I'm awesome, if I got any more awesome it would be a sin, you?''....I guess I should quit thinking about whether or not she's going to respond in the best manor to what I say and just trial and error whatever comes to mind. What's your take? And please feel free to share any other good responses to this question?
