Default When a girl is in a car

I often see girls in cars who are cute and eyeballin me while Im walking on the sidewalk. Today I even had a carfull of girls complimenting my hat as I walked by saying they loved it. Sometimes girls will smile and shit. Sometimes I wave at girls who arent smiling or making eye contact just cause theyre hot. But I know this natural who said dont go up to girls in cars cause its just seen as a threat. Does anyone have any advice on what to do when a girl is in a car, if that is viable at all?

Generally approving girls in cars is a safety matter more than anything. You can approach them just use a good angle and always have a good way to ditch if they look like they are feeling a little creeped out.

Don't rush up to them Ike a predator, just walk up calm cool collected
