Hey guys, I haven't been on this website in ages. I used to read and read and read. Now I've finally grown a pair and started approaching. To those of you stuck in a reading phase but not practicing, I promise you that approaching is fifty times more significant than any book.
If someone could read my approach and answer a few questions I'm curious about, that'd be awesome.
So I visited home for a week (I go to school in another province) and on day 5 of 7, I hit up the beach to surf with a friend. After 2 hours, he left and I went for a run across the beach. I passed two girls (HB7 and HB9) with a guy. I smiled at HB9 and she smiled back at me. I went back to my car after my run, grabbed my towel and came down to the beach. They were both lying on the beach and the guy (a friend) went for a walk by himself (I found out after). So I walked over, put my towel down beside the HB7 and said "I saw you two on the beach earlier, thought you looked cute, and figured I should say hi".
Conversation went well. I kept them both involved. We all talked for like 15 minutes and the HB9 asked me if I had a girlfriend. I told her I wasn't seeing anyone at the moment and when I asked her, she said she had a boyfriend. What taken girl asks if you have a girlfriend? Was this a shit test or was she asking because her friend might be single and interested? I had to head in town so I chatted them up for a few more minutes before I left.
I would have given my phone to both of them, got their numbers and propose we meet up again, but I was leaving for another province in two days so there was no point.
Should I have set up my towel next to the brunette? This is my first two set, so I'm just glad I did it.
Any advice, pointers, thoughts, or further questions are all welcome. Thanks!
