Default The Librarian: Work Game and Group Theory

Hey, I'm Wilde. New to the forum and artistry in the field. I've been reading up for a few years but I've got a particular anxiety when it comes to the girls I actually want. One in particular works at the library at my college.

I spend a lot of time in the library and so does she. Not just working but studying and reading as well. I've made a few excuses to open her while she's working but I get this feeling whenever I talk to girls at work that they're only being nice because they have to on the job.

Whenever she's not working at the library she's studying with three to five friends so its kind of intimidating especially since I'm new to this college and they seem like a group I'd like to hang out with anyway so I especially don't wanna walk in and end up being that guy prowling at the library.

    So my questions are:
    1. Which approach should I take? Isolated at work or in a group studying?
    2. How do I transition/get the conversation to stick from the approach you suggest?
    3. And is it possible at all to have both the girl and the group? I mean, its not a big deal. I really just want her but it would be chill to grab both.

Default Re: The Librarian: Work Game and Group Theory

I just encountered a similar situation the other day, and the key to successfully approach it is to have a mindset outside of the work place.

Think about it: if you approach her, talk to her, and view her as being a librarian, she will give off the appearance of a worker. If you approach her as if she was any girl not working there, her true colors will shine and you will see what kind of girl she is. If she says she is working, ask her when you can figure out what she is really like outside of the librarian life.

In the end, it's all about the context you choose the conversation to be in. It's another one of those Inner Game theories.
