Default no contact rule, should I try it in this case

I'm wondering if there are situations where the no contact rule is not efficient? My ex and I had their best relationship but she left me one day due to trust issue (I have been with women in the past while we still were not official but she was being loyal). She forgave me at that time and became my gf but those thoughts came back to her eventually and she decided she could not trust me and blocked all communications for some days. Fast forward we ended up meeting recently and got intimate which she seriously regretted and decided to block my number to never talk again.

I'm wondering if the NC rule can help at all (trust issues appear fatal).

In my totally honest & humble opinion, let this one go.
As hard as it may seem right now, this is completely destined for disaster.

I've been in relationships with "trust issues"... and it NEVER gets better.
In fact, the longer you try to hold on, the worse "enemies" you become in the long run.

I spent almost 11 years in a relationship that was OBVIOUSLY doomed from the start because of "trust" issues on her part. I was endlessly accused of cheating, or having another "girlfriend" on the side.

Go "no contact" when you need to shut things down COMPLETELY... OR... when you need to administer your own "shit test" to see what a particular girl's commitment level happens to be.

Hey thanks for responding. I think unfortunately I'll need to let go of this one as advised. Its weird though how she blocked all means of communication and one day later (yesterday) randomly unblocked me on snapchat and sent me 3 personalized snaps. I did not respond however, I feel annoyed that she'd block me in the first place, although it's a struggle to not respond. I won't have any hopes and see what happens if anything.
