Default Receptionist. Is she nice or interested?

Okay, so I know this topic has been beaten to death. And I often know how to tell the difference. However, when it comes to receptionists, it's a little tougher to know for sure. So I'm gonna provide as much detail as possible. Anyway, here's my story.

So for the past 2 months, I've been going to a massage parlor for my neck and spine and there's this cute receptionist there (no, she's not a therapist, so no happy ending... yet). I often talk with her as well as her female co-worker (they also seem to be friends), but I don't do anything to advance or pick her up. She often asks me questions like where I work, what my hobbies are, etc. I tell her I do Yoga, Kickboxing, still in school, where I work, etc. She takes interest them and talks of wanting to do Yoga and Kickboxing herself and where I go. We often have conversations after my transaction, we share jokes and smile a lot. But here's where I question her motive.

    1. After one of my sessions and I paid, we were scheduling my next meet. She asked if I needed a reminder, and her same co-worker friend said "Yeah, leave a reminder. It'll be a reason to call him!" I don't want to assume the obvious, but it's hard not to.

    2. During one of my massages, I talk a lot with the therapists, and I casually brought her up in conversation without indication of wanting to ask her out or anything. She told me that she is pretty cute, she's got a good head on her shoulders, and if I wanna go for it, I should speak my mind. So after I was done, the girl was there again (she started late that day) as well as her co-worker. We started talking, sharing jokes again on how my massage went, etc. Shortly after, her co-worker randomly disappeared and left us by ourselves. After my transaction we talked a little more and there was a lot of eye contact. At one point, we held eye contact for so long, I had to be the first to break. We talked for about 5 mins which would've been longer, but the phone kept ringing, so we ended it there.

Granted, we don't talk about a whole lot or flirt with each other (I don't think she can anyway), but I can't help but feel like there's attraction there. She seems cool and our conversations are fun but I'm not sure if that's just how she is/has to be, or if it's genuine. So judging from what I said, what do you guys think? and aside from asking her out, what could I do/say next to find out more?
I go back in 2 days and I was gonna suggest a drink or something but I wanna be a little more sure of the situation before I do anything. Thanks!

    (Sorry for the long read)

next time you go in there and she asks a question about you without you starting it--give her a puzzled look with a smile and say... "you know this is kind of weird to keep dating like this in your office--wanna just do it proper? (then have a place in mind--maybe one that you both know of with familiarity)"

Hahaha. Good choice of words. Low risk, high reward. Just how I like it. I'll keep that in mind. I definitely wanna feel out the situation again before I make any move though. I keep thinking I'll come off as a creep and make things awkward which is a mindset I desperately wanna annihilate.

remember creepy guys escalates beyond the girl's comfort level.

a confident guy escalates and acknowledges boundaries and is willing to restart at her pace.
