Default Should I say "I miss you" or "I love you" first?

Hey hello. I'm from mexico and i've been dating with this very shy and I mean very shy and quiet girl that I know she's into me but it gets very difficult to open her up to me. We only see each other on weekends cause we live in different cities. Any help or advise would be welcome!

Don't say "I love you" first. You can build attraction and a connection without saying that. Just break rapport and qualify her. Build commonalities and start asking deeper personal and open-ended questions about her life and reward her answers with escalation.
