scrambled eggs is something you can work with. cut some steak into little cubes and just toss it in the frying pan about a minute before you put the eggs in and scramble them. don't forget to put a little salt and pepper in it for extra flavor. once that's cooked, turn your fire out and sprinkle shredded cheese over it (then cover the pan briefly, just long enough for the steam to melt the cheese) and viola you have scrumptious steak and eggs!!!Now if I only knew how to cook anything other than scrambled eggs... LOL
and its probably something not many new Yorkers have tried either, considering its more of a southern delight.
