Question What is the ulitimate PUA small appartement for starter

    Sup peeps,

I'm 20 years old working student that is sick of living at home with my dad and i'll be moving out soon...
I already checked out a few locations for apartments so far, but i am not sure what is the ultimate location for a pua apartment and what should be in it.

I can take some furniture for free from my home, friends and family to reduce the initial cost. I love my music and my instruments so it needs to be a place where i can turn up the heat and volume.
I have 500 euro per month to spend on hiring the apartment and 3000 euro that i can spend on extra stuff.

My question is: what is the ultimate location and what are the must have that i need in my apartment? (furniture ect.)
Also for what should i look for when i choose a awesome apartment for bringing girls home to?

Thank you for your advice already

Honestly just keep it simple and small. Make sure there's dimmable lights, blinds/curtains, plants, and overall just a comfortable and relaxing feel to the place. Make sure all of the doors are open, always. Whenever you enter a place for the first time, it eases you if you can easily see everything about the place. If all the doors are shut, you'll feel nervous and closed in. The goal is basically to make her feel as comfortable as possible

Make sure you have at least a loveseat with head support. It's impossible to cuddle if your heads fucking, leaning back into thin air and shit.

Organize an area for blankets and pillows

Any hobbies that you may have, openly display them in your living room. For example, if you play instruments, put an acoustic guitar on a stand. Or if you like bodybuilding, buy some weights and put them there. If you're an intellectual, a bookcase full of books. If you're a nerd, put an apple computer right next to the window, those are great for social networking!

Check out Kino's guide: Kino's Bachelor Pad 101. It should be all you need to know to set your new place up.

The 'ultimate location' will depend on your lifestyle. Do you prefer the city over open space? Bars and restaurants or quiet streets?
If it's strictly for picking up girls then you're going to want to be close to where you game; clubs and bars, malls etc. Find a good balance of what local attractions you want to be close to and what you can afford and go with it.

Also keep in mind places nearby that you can take dates. That way if you want to bounce back to your place it's nice and easy

the single most important factors are location and price. ideally the apartment should be close to a busy area. potentially downtown, near a college campus, a popular park, near hot bars in town, cool restaurants. anywhere that puts potential sarging venues and date locations within reasonable walking distance.

as far as the inside of the apartment, the main thing that matters is that you keep it clean and organized. that alone will make your bachelor pad better than half the other guys places.

Make sure there's dimmable lights, blinds/curtains, plants, and overall just a comfortable and relaxing feel to the place.
as for the dimmer switch, I would just say that having dim lighting in the bedroom will suffice. (you don't actually need a dimmer switch installed, instead cheaper alternatives like "energy efficient" lightbulbs, or lamps can provide the same dim and cozy lighting)

as far as furniture is concerned, spend your money on the nicest mattress you can buy. you will get a better nights rest, and your future girlfriends might even stay the night just to sleep on a nicer bed than theirs. it doesn't matter if you go cheap on furniture, just don't go cheap on the mattress you're going to sleep on every night and potentially f*ck on.

in addition to the nice mattress you're getting, I heavily suggest sparing no expense on nice sheets and pillows. these will also help you sleep better, and make your bed more inviting when that lady is taking her shoes off and sliding in beside you.

the rest of your apartment doesn't really matter as long as its clean and inviting. you don't have to be ocd to keep the place clean, just don't be too lazy to throw away the pizza box's and beer bottles from last night! it doesn't take much effort to keep a small apartment clean, but it makes a huge difference when girls are over and checking the place out.

its much harder to have sex in your apartment if girls leave as soon as they walk through the front door.

invest in some air fresheners, a cheap vacuum cleaner, and some basic cleaning supplies. you can have the nicest apartment in the world, but if it looks and smells like a garbage heap filled with human bile, few women will want to be there.

    so remember those 3 things,

pick a good location, make the bedroom cozy and keep the place clean and shiny as long as you live there.

You should puck up the Clapper for $19.99 and you can clap the lights on and off as you need. Girls will be super impressed

4 pillows will be plenty. (just enough to have a kick ass one on one pillow fight) just make sure they are quality pillows. (the more expensive ones are more comfortable and they last longer) get pillow cases and sheets that have a high thread count. Egyptian cotton is purely amazing (I believe its worth the price)

I am also thinking to buy a fatboy what are the thoughts about that?
by fatboy you mean giant bean bag? those things are f*cking awesome. my college has a dozen of them in the library. students (including me) nap on them all the time. I would just get two of them and place them side by side facing the t.v. as my only living room furniture...

Great thanks for all the tips!
Update i found a small student appartment near the cental train station. Its about 5 min walk. Its also located with a 5 minute walk from the park and the bars.
The appartment has only one room sadly and has a shared bathroom/kitchen.
The room is located in a historical hospital building (castle like) its every thing but i expected from starting my own story.

    For plants any suggestions?
Also themes what is a turn on and what is a turn off?

I used to spend a lot of energy optimizing my home for PUA... I do every day-2 at my place... and as many day 1s as I can get away with (from online), but girls understandably get nervous about doing that without meeting you in public first. Since it's your first time living alone (congrats dude! Never look back) I suggest you focus on yourself first and game second. Don't go out of your price range, it's not worth the extra stress of living on the border of starvation. I've been there.

    Here's my checklist.

Cleanliness. Adopt a ridiculous anal-retentive attention to detail and make your place spotless. No laundry on the floor. Make your bed. All that. 2 sets of bedding (skip this for now, it'll wreck your bank account). One is a classy masculine one with a black and grey pattern. The other is red satin. In fact my entire suite follows a masculine black/red/grey colour scheme but it's not essential to have a theme this is just the personal brand I've created. Anyway if you try to do multiple girls in a single day, you might stain one sheet and not have time to clean it. On goes the other. You should also have a dedicated empty space for her to put her shoes, purse, and coat. Oh and a power bar by the bed where she can charge her phone because she'll not want to stay over if she gets cut off from the world.

The roommie: in my case it's my dog. I have the cutest dog in the world and everyone who comes over will instantly melt. This isn't something I would recommend purely for PUA purpose though, it's a huge responsibility. But I use her as a sort of entertainment assistant. "here, play with dog while I do ______(bathroom, pour drink, etc.)". If you have roommates they can make or break it so get them on your side with bribes. Money, drinks, food, whatever. I had one roommate who would make us breakfast in the morning. Look for roommates who are ok with chatting up strange women, but hopefully without trying to steal them.

Drinks: Red wine is a favourite but I imagine coolers would work too. Don't try to 'impress' her with something harder or you'll find yourself drinking alone. I also always have coffee and a variety of tea on hand. Be a good host.

Snacks: When a girl says she's having cramps there is only one correct response "Chocolate?". But it's nice to be able to offer something when she comes in. Be a good host.

Stuff to build trust: little props that go a long way to show you're a good guy. These are the only exception to the tidiness rule. I have a first aid kit in plain view of my bed. I also have a bonsai tree, lots of books (but NOTHING to do with PUA). Books are a wonderful way of displaying your personality, be strategic about them.

Props to DHV: do you have any trophies? Anything you're proud of? Artwork/instruments are killer. I have no talent but my grandmother was a professional painter so I have some on the walls just for conversation.

Props for escalating: I have nylon rope, books about tantra and bdsm, various other toys along those lines. It works for me because I don't let anyone come over without knowing I'm into that stuff... it works for me, probably not for anyone else unless you have the same attitude. Even if you're totally vanilla, everyone should invest in a hitachi magic wand.

Oh and don't forget the big 3: Condoms. Lube. Tissue.

MOST IMPORTANTLY: A reason for her to come over. Are you going to cook together? Watch a movie? Or straight up invite her over to have sex. Having netflix and a couple board games goes a long way. Board games, not video games - it's a social thing.
