I went on a date, thought it went well. Lady did not, cited a lack of "real" chemistry.

Now I'm in a bit of a pickle.

I thought the date went solid, and I'm a believer that you can't get sustained, attraction from one date. Based on how I conducted myself, I can see how/why she didnt feel a connection.

On the flip side, I would make an effort to get feedback from failed dating experiences, because it could potentially be helpful.

Better to make an attempt to reengage or just ask her about feedback/sticking point?

Long term I see more reward with trying to convince her to go on a second date but I can see that being a very uphill battle I doubt I'd eventually conquer, short-term I'd like the feed back but consequently, that seems like going against my long-term strategy.
