Girls love social value more than how much money you have.
PU is an art you need a right frame of mind, there is a time to tell her that you own a share in a complex but in the attraction stage it's not needed.

"training octopuses (with a smile)" will attract the girl, create a mystery vibe & think your playful and kind. It will only build rapport and continue the conversation.
"owning a 25% share" will indicate to the girl that you could just be used for your money (many girls will pretend to like you just for that reason) It will show u don't have a sense of humor, you're serious and it won't lead to any interesting threads for the girl.

How do I gain social value?

Can you sum it up in a few sentences?

I would say the above posts are pretty accurate. HOWEVER, sometimes you can get away with using scripted stuff if its said in the right way (obviously). I've used really cheesy lines that went over well, even Ross Jeffries teaches really lame silly stuff like "are you from tennesse you're the only ten I see" but if you think about it its lame but you can make it work if its slightly tongue in cheek. Point being: some of the stuff done semi-ironically or in a funny way (in the right state) can still work if it makes sense.
