How's the week going? It's Wednesday, and I hope you are having a badass one, and have improved since last week. It is also 20 fucking 16. Where the hell did time go? I remember it was just the other day I was running around my house as a little kid wearing these sparkly pink glasses that said 2000 on them and the middle zeroes were the lenses lol. (Literally the nerdiest kid you'd ever meet lmao).
Anywho, let's make this a badass fucking year. I want to get more guys in the gym, getting healthy, and getting their physique down. Yes you need to work on game, I might even say this is more important... but to ignore getting in the gym is working against yourself. It's like giving yourself a pay raise, for each hour you work, you will be earning more (higher ratio of girls liking you) if you work on your physique AND game.
Let's get some 2016 lifting and physique goals down here.. I don't know about you but I always hated being the scrawny guy! I do personal training on the side, and would love to help you out with your goals.
