Think of "peacocking" in terms of badass like a Pirate or something. You can only get away on Halloween but think like that not like some cheesy loafer.
Remember you attracting women not birds. The little things count. I work on my wardrobe a lot for starters. Second I focus on the little things.
Lots is of bracelets, necklaces, rubber band bracelets, sweat bands, bandanas, hats, vests, and other misc items.
Takes a a lot to acquire this stuff but will be adding some rings, new bracelets, and necklaces this year. Also I am rocking a beer box cowboy hat to St Pat's and prolly one to another beer festival. I am going as Peter Pan for a Summer Event. Also shirtless because I work out is the best outfit when appropriate. When I get decked out I look like a complete badass with bandanas, and bracelets. People are always commenting on my look cuz I do little things that what they say "make me look ready for the world" with the tattoos and all completes my get up. This new bud light beer box Cowboy hat I bought is sicker than a dog on Christmas so surely I will be the life of the party rocking a big ass alpha hat walking around shirtless. Throwing a vest over a t-shirt gives me instant class in the Winter. And while I am working on improving my look I may throw a pirate sash in there for sh!ts and giggles. Also I plan on rocking the Mad Hatter Hat shirtless to one of these beer gardens in Summer.
Eccentric is hot. Either way I find ways to be different and look good doing it. Basically MM on crack.

Love is a game that's why I don't worry about it anymore. When you let go of your feelings you find your meaning.
