So after seeing this this site and someones suggestion to purchase it I figured if only to boost my confidence and because I love social experimentation (regardless of any kind of positive effects I just have an interest in peoples reactions, Weird?)I would buy it and take the 30 day challenge.

I'm not interested really in a date because a date is well.. a let down if it doesn't go anywhere, I don't know if the book covers anything like that but I'm sure there will be some value to it.

Anyone have any recomendations, ideas or things I should know before begining the 30 day challenge in the book?
