Last year I asked an HB9 out and she said yes at first. But she had to go on vacation first and would come back two weeks later after which we would set the date.
But when she came back and I brought up the topic she said it was probably better if we remained friends. I said sure and acted mature about it. This was before I discovered the PUA community.
She seemed really into me before that. She never looked at me without smiling and would wave at me as soon as she saw me etc. I always acted as the nice guy I am just talking in a friends way to her etc.
So my question is: What did I do wrong? Should I not have given her those two weeks?
Basically in between the "yes, let's go out" and "let's just be friends" nothing happened. I only saw her once and we had a normal chat.
By agreeing to remain friends I obviously failed a shit test, though I never heard of that before at the time. And I must say conversations were kinda awkward after I asked her out, and tension was released immediately after being turned down.
Also I wonder if, a year later, I would still have a shot with her? And what to do? I see her like once a week now.
