make them feel they can lose you. how? by trying to break up with them and if they start crying it means they really care too change, but only on cheating girlfriends

Jealousy is, IMHO, a totally useless emotion. Men and women with any sense of ethical standards won't - for the most part - step out on their mates. Worrying about what might happen is just a waste of time.

Consider this: Anyone, man or woman, who has a mind to cheat can - and will - find a way to do so. Their partner's jealousy won't stop them, constantly expressing insecurity won't stop them (and might even provoke them), trying to account for their every move won't stop them, etc.

If you think you've found a girl worth being with, trust her and let her do her thing. If you discover that she's been unfaithful to you, decide then whether her infidelity is a deal killer for you or whether a 'second chance' is warranted.

Make the conscious decision to not let jealousy be a part of you, your thinking, your psyche....whatever. Understand that you have no crystal ball and that you can't predict the future. When jealousy rears its ugly head, do something positive to reinforce something good: Remind her that you care about her, do something nice for her, etc. You'll be a much happier guy when jealousy is no longer part of the equation.

    Best of luck,

P.S. This is about the worst advice in the universe. In fact, doing anything that challenges the foundation of your relationships 'just because' is incredibly immature.

Be bold in your actions. keep your women in a constant state of surprise and adventure. Keep them entertained and they won't cheat. Or better yet have multiple open relationships. Protip: always have a booty call available. And last but not least never shed a single tear in the name of jealousy -DrQxx

Yep. I had almost a 6 year relationship where I truly loved the girl, and she had been doing this crap to me for a few years. I had NEVER known, and once I started realizing and suspecting it just killed me, and I acted like a crying little baby the whole time and tried to control her which just made it worse.

After these events I have realized a few things:

There is nothing you can do if they want to cheat, don't worry about it
They will almost never admit it to you, so no need to interrogate them
You cannot influence their actions in this area
You CAN stand up for and respect yourself
You CAN learn to deal with your insecurities
You NEED to love and respect yourself before being in a serious relationship

I have adopted a completely zero tolerance to cheating policy. If I strongly suspect a woman of cheating on me, or find out she has I will end the relationship. Its usually and almost always what it looks like and your gut will tell you so. Who knows, perhaps she did not cheat on you, but was having an emotional affair which is worse in my opinion.

Bottom line, you are insecure, and needy. Be a man, respect and stand up for yourself, and don't take her bullshit, and let it be known you won't take her shit, and this last little tidbit:

She is in your life because you want her to be there, not because you need her to be there.
