Default Need Help with this girl

    Ok so (kinda long read),

There is this girl in my class who is new and I am almost certain she likes me. I saw her and I sat down across from her to start a conversation. We were doing group activities so we weren't really alone so I didn't get a good chance to properly introduce myself, ask her name and tell her mine.

However in the group conversation it was pretty obvious that she was paying attention to me. I made her laugh tons and we made lots of eye contact.

My question is this, I know she knows my name and I know hers and I think it would be wierd to re-introduce myself, as if starting over. What should I do, just continue on as though we know eachother or start over?

If both you know eachother's names, just jokingly properly introduce yourself. Make it funny to her. Something similar happened at my job. There was this girl who I noticed. She was cute and worked in another department. Anytime I would go get coffee, I would see her. I also noticed she always wore heels to work. So i made a little joke about it asking how her feet aren't always killing her.

From that point, I already opened it up (as you have by being in the same group as her, so that initial opening anxiety doesn't need to be there). So, her and I know eachother's name, but never really properly introduced ourselves to eachother. So, one day, I was getting on the elevator, as was she. I turned to her and said, completely jokingly and I guess in a cute charming way, "Well hello, I want to properly introduce myself. My name is Andy. (stuck my hand out for a hand shake with a nice smile)."
It's real cheesy but it was just another excuse to talk to her and see how receptive she would be.

You aren;'t necessarily starting over, you are just reinstating the fact that you two already had a slight connection because you were in the same group together.
Or if you want, pretend you even forgot her name but you do know her from the group etc. It may work out better (and it also may not)
