There's a girl from my class, and I kinda have a crush on her. We've known each other for two months now. In the first week I made quite the impression on her by being at the top of my game, making her smile and laugh all the time. I could tell she was into me.
We didn't have a lot of interaction afterwards though, but the last three weeks we have been growing closer together. We started texting, ending them with X's, and she looks me up with questions regarding school. I was at the point where I wanted to start kinoing her and get her on a date. This was delayed for a couple of days due to circumstances (day off, illness).
Now, last time I was near her house (she lives in a different city), and she texted me when the football game would be over so her mom could park her car and that she was studying. I started texting back that I knew things to do that are a lot more fun than studying on a saturday night. She just kept replying 'hahahaha' at my attempts to lure out an invitation to her place (obviously I can't invite myself).
A buddy of mine thinks she's losing interest because I make myself seem too easy by saying stuff like 'hey beautiful' over text too often. He advised me to leave the matter be until she starts looking for my attention again.
What do you guys think? How to proceed?
