Question Supplement Brand for Vitamin C?

Looking for best Vitamin C supplement brand available today in the market?

Any suggestions? I don't know if all supplements have vitamin C. Just need it for my younger brother who now frequently is having a cold and flu.

You might found many famous brands for vitamin C in the market claiming to be the best but I will advice you take food rich in vitamin C.
Red and green hot chili peppers,
Oranges and clementines,
Kiwi fruits,
Guavas,
Broccoli, brussels sprouts & cauliflower
Bell peppers,
Fresh and dried herbs,
Strawberries &
Dark leafy greens are rich in vitamin C.
Do add them in your daily diet chart.
