Default Paleo and Crossfit

Paleo diet and Crossfit, do them. Crossfit has a great site with workouts posted daily. They are short intense workouts posted daily that you can modify if you can't do the movements as prescribed. It's fully scalable to your level! This is what the US military uses. This can help you be ripped.
Paleo Diet, get the book! Seriously. I used crossfit and paleo and dropped 5% body fat in one month! I'm 34 and have landed a 21 year old 9.5 and a 19 year old 8. They both have made numerous comments on my body. I'm not a huge, but am pretty ripped. Woman dig ripped more then big.
As a a bonus if you do both of these you will feel better and have more energy which can only help your game. Good energy is attractive to anyone especially if it is in a ripped, tanned package.
A word of warning. Crossfit will kick your ass for the first couple of weeks! Push through it and You will reap the benefits and won't get sore often any more. Puss out and you will be getting sore for months and probably quit.
I'm in better shape at 34 then I was at 18 when I was playing football for 2 different teams starting and excelling. This works! Be the best you you can be!
