Default The "Feel-Great" Workout :)

Hey fellas,

I'm a personal trainer in the UK and I thought I might as well as provide some assistance in the health and fitness section. Now the first thing to think of when gaming and seducing the women in this world, is that looks do matter and so do first impressions. Now what better way to go about this than to upgrade your physical being??

Remember that old saying "Your body is your temple, treat it the way it deserves to be treated"? Well that's exactly how you should treat it. Eat well with the occasional cheat day, have a good exercise regime and take it on board as part of your life.

Now nutrition aside, lets get down to the exercise shall we? Right well the KEY for this workout is to provide a strong increase in testosterone and provide a calorie burning and muscle building workout. How do we do this you ask? Well that is through a term called COMPOUND exercises.

COMPOUND exercises are exercises which use more than one muscle throughout the rep. Now we are going to go BIG and I mean BIG. We will use compound exercises that require a lot of muscles!

Okay, here's the plan:

Barbell Squats: 4 Sets x 8 Reps
Bench Press: 4 Sets x 8 Reps
Pull Ups: 4 Sets x MAX Reps
Deadlift: 4 Sets x 8 Reps

It's a simple plan, 4 exercises, go down the list one set at a time, then begin the next set. For example, after one set of barbell squats you then go onto bench press.etc. You may rest 30-60 seconds between sets. Once you reach deadlift, you may rest 90-120 seconds.

Now get out there and increase your testosterone, increase muscle definition and burn a heck alot of calories in the process (The testosterone enough will increase your attraction potential) . And remember why you are doing this, not only to Pick Up Girls but to maintain and develop your temple.

Nice. Better yet skip the cardio and MANIPULATE your diet to lose fat. Work that routine 3 times a week to build muscle or maintain it if you're trying to burn fat. (Doing both things at the same time is often very taxing, better to concentrate on one thing at a time).

Diet is 80% and training 20% of results.
