Mental Fitness--How To Clear Your Mind

Getting women successfully is all in your head. There could be a man that is average looking pulling more women than a man that's better looking than him all because the average looking guy has a better Mindset when it comes to getting women. He doesn't obsess over getting women, but he just has a clear mind about what he is and what he wants. He doesn't see getting women as life or death, but he sees it as a game. He treats it like a game...a very fun game that he feels he has a big chance of winning. His mind is so clear when he approaches women that all he say is, "I think she looks good" and he approaches without the dreaded "what if she says no?" mental-paralysis thinking.

To be healthy, physically and mentally, exercise in necessary and must be a part of our life.
