    Default PUA Goals and Non-Goals

    Ive been thinking about this a lot lately, especially after my trip to amsterdam and another failed conversation with my ex. Whatever, bad move to meet her i know, but when u spend 7 hours on a train after being high on shrooms the day before, ur mind makes you think its a good idea.

    PUA runs a fine line, if you take it one way you arent going to become happier it is just going to make you: lose respect for women, look like a player (attract the socially unstable girls and go for girls in relationships). I genuinely could sleep with my ex's sister whos in a terrible relationship, shes very attracted to me as has only seen me as alpha. Some things i think are just disgraceful that PUA's do, and i know most would jump to sleep with her (i probably will if im in a mood still at christmas ).

    The other problem with finding a girlfriend as a fully fledged PUA is to not see the full qualities of one girl if you are dating 6 or 7 and you kinda get urself in a hole. The time i found my gf, we clicked and spent most days with each other and theres something beautiful about that.

    Heres some things i will be focusing on in my self improvement, and what i believe will lead you to a high quality girlfriend rather than animal sex.

    - Be a social animal, understand everybody around me and be GENUINELY interested in what people have to say. I will try to be the undisputed AMOG (good thing).
    - Be physically fitter than anyone else, the BEST way to add value and to show you are a good provider is to show you are a bread winner, fighting fit.
    - Smile, but understand when you are sad and find out the reason why, DO NOT force a fake smile if you can be happy by fixing a problem.
    - Constantly have goals and beat them.
    - COMMUNICATE!

    Heres some PUA things i wont be focusing on, and what i believe will probably help you pick up girls but just will make it so much harder to meet the special one.

    - I will not sarge every second of my life, the right girl wont come and find you, but this doesnt mean u have to be down her throat within 10 minutes of meeting her. High quality conversation should be had.
    - Use suggestive mind techniques e.g ross jefferies, to find a true gf you wont find her by shagging her the first night u see her in a club. you will never have respect for her if u manipulated her toooo much (i dont like the word manipulation but i cant think of a better one, you all know what i mean!). She is a fuck gf not a high quality gf.
    - Date people with a lt boyfriend, have some self respect dont manipulate her into hating him, its happened to me and it is not nice. If theyre anywhere near ur social circle its not worth the long term effects.


    G2g now coz my mates coming round to watch the football (soccer). Be interested to know if anyone agrees or disagrees with me. Im up for a good debate see if u can prove my points wrong. Also i hope this helps anyone in the same boat as me who had a horrible break up and enjoys good company over good sex.

    you say you want to be a better person... leave drugs out of your life. Every girl parties nowadays. so the church girl you are looking for may be hanging out too.

    agree on the girls with BF comment. i dont want to do anything that i wouldnt like being done to me. Karma is a bitch.

    nothing wrong with shrooms and a bit of weed bro This is amsterdam were talking about! When in Rome... Least i didnt shag a pornstar HB10 hooker haha! But i have stopped the drugs, next time will be a festival at the end of august then ill do no more.

    Well thought out goals or not? I think theyre quite grounded for PUA if ur not in need of a good fark!

    great way to contradict yourself, first you say that because of shroomz you called her and how that was bad and now you are talking about how some arent bad at all.

    If you desire to become a decent PUA, drugs and alcohol arent going to help. those are going to get in the middle and avoid your growth. i suggest you keep them to a minimum if any.

    i agree with pjarv. of course first starting off lots of guys need liquid courage but to become better you need to overcome barriers and obstacles and drugs and alcohol dont help at all

    Anyway if you grew some balls alchohol isnt worth it (just means a shitty day tomorrow and bad focus tonight) and drugs arent needed because life is fun without them.

    Yea i guess youre right! Seriously boys go amsterdam and ull see what its like, weed and shrooms are legal, u can sit in a shop and have a coffee and smoke a joint. Still i have stopped the general drug taking and i dont like alcohol. I will probably smoke weed now and again but in a social situation, maybe have a pill or too if im in a big group at a rave. I have a phobia of picking up girls when either of us is under the influence, just seems... wrong.

    Youll all feel pretty good about urself if i stop drugs altogether but it shud be pointed out i now exercise daily, im not sitting around getting wasted!

    3 Hour seminar today on how to condition urself to take a punch without it hurting (kickboxing), talk about confidence boosting! Thanks for the replies, means my main aims are probably good if ur all pointing out the one bit.

    Man it is fucking BRUTAL! A lot of it applies to MMA though too as it is a kickboxing/mma/kung fu school. I dont mind writing a bit for you amino but you owe me some pick up advice Inner game is my focus at the moment.

    K so its all about 3 things apparently, but excuse me, im not the instructor so my theory is probably not 100%, and i dont want to write a 10 page essay or let the sifu find this stuff and be annoyed that ive written too much.

    Lowering pain - i.e breaking down nerve endings
    Building bone strength and muscle resistance (e.g if an old lady has oesteoperosis she is encouraged to walk, rather than letting her bones wither even more) by putting the bone under stress is actually thickens, feel the front of ur shin and its all lumpy from when uve hurt urself.
    Breathing Techniques

    So we started off with some muscle work to improve areas that are prone to be hit. Side lifts and kettlebell work to improve the sides, some very strange (but amazingly useful) neck strengthening techniques to improve strength against neck holds and it prevents knockouts. Apparently a lot of the neck stuff was taken from boxing training, im not going into detail on that though because u can unallign ur spine! One word - google!

    Then im afraid a bit you arent going to enjoy, basically the best way to condition urself is to hit yourself repeatedly! BUT you do not want to bruise, the perfect conditioning will put u in mild pain but just before the threshold of bruising.

    Equipment: Get a pack of bamboo reeds from a garden centre, tie them with an elastic band. Get a bamboo pole or a metal pole (if you are hardcore), perhaps an old tyre, another one we used was a bag of metal balls or a sandbag is good. There are loads of exercises in pairs too where u basically hit shins or hit forearms together or he hits your chest.

    Areas of focus: shins
    ribs
    neck
    solar plexus
    forearms
    inner thigh (very vulerable)
    outer thigh
    hands and feet

    an example of an exercise: roundhouse kick a tyre as hard and as many times as possible without extreme pain. or another to keep tapping ur forearms with the pack of bamboo reeds.

    I think what ive said you get the jist, seriously just ask your instructor and he'll give you some properly trained advice! What ive written is advice you use at ur own peril, it could be all wrong and in which case you cant sue me for snapping ur own leg!


    ps breathing techniques are to prevent winding, and also to train up the tissue between ur ribs.

    I think you can probably see how this helped with my social anxiety issues, letting a stranger hit me in the chest with bamboo, lol! Alpha males arent scared of pain i mean, everyone wants to be tyler durden in fight club, no? I went to a BBQ after and some random guy starts asking about the kckboxing and it gets a crowd of people listening

    Thats pretty interesting stuff and seems all about just desensitzing the body. One thing I've learned for the shins is to use a kitchen roller on them. It hurts like hell but gets you used to the pain so when you check a kick it doesn't hurt as bad. I love martial arts I do Muai thai and bjj. Its great for releasing stress getting in shape and hell impressing the women!

    p.s. cant say I have any pick up off the top of my head but as you post I wont be bashful to offer suggestions.
