Creep!

So I officially started trying to work pickup about a week and a half ago. When I cant make it to the bars I try and hit up the mall or other stores that I think will have some women there. As I continue to do this I start seeing the same employees and I start to creepy. One of them even followed up one of m sets and asked if I was bothering them. After this I just cant stop feeling like a predator or something. Can anyone relate?

Pick up in a mall is different in many ways. But same principals apply. I wouldn’t hang around a lot of stores. Catch them when they are having a cup of coffee at the café or something like that. When I do it I don’t go in stores unless I am really looking for something for my self. Try befriending the staff. Go to places where it is a bit more socially acceptable to talk to multiple strangers. I have found Barnes and Noble to be a great place for me.

El Draque is right, if the employees see you walking up and down the mall each and every day (especially without buying anything) they are going to think you are up to no good. Try using the malls once a week or so, and as tcomea2 suggested, book stores are a great place to check out.

yeah dude i can relate but its about how you play this scene. i got a local street that i have covered and mapped and outlasted employees and have now my own identity on the street. it is a matter of status for babes to speak with me. and some have hung around expecting me to pick them up cos i have picked up others and it would be a mortal insult to their ego if they did not get picked up by me. its like a cat preening.

knowing when to cut and run from set is important. leave on a high note or at an opportune moment. dont try and run the whole pick up in one go. have projects on the go and side projects and do a little bit of work here and a little there.

build up a bit of an identity for yourself mate.

yeah i can relate. its really about buying stuff every now and then. but also befriending the staff. you see them standing around, just talk to them and have some good conversation and maybe end it with a joke about yourself so you befriend and you know your around the mall too much. haha "hey well i have to go meet a friend, but since im bored a lot and new around here ill probably see you again cause im here way too much". that would stop the harassment from them and they would understand why your there even though it may be a lie. haha

yeah, and they cant imagine any reality beyond their own so it flips them how can you be out shopping so much. they really imagine their own realities cos if they could imagine more they wouldnt be working sh1tty retail jobs

Thanks guys. The thing that sucks bout my city is that even with 200,000 ppl the night/ social life is sh*tty, so thats why I do soo much mall/ store stuff. ugh I'm moving in like 3 weeks to chi I can't wait. I'll have plenty of opp there

yeah i hear ya mate. i live in an australian city much larger than that but it is boring and nothing is 24hrs. i dont drink either so a lot of places are just plain ugly after a certain hour.

Have you guys ever used meetup.com? It's a real easy way to meet women near you ( wow, I sound like I work there or something). I've turned a lot of the guys I coach on to it, and they are getting some really impressive results.
