Effectively Approaching a Set

So this weekend I'm going to be sarging for the first time after getting into the game. I'll be hitting up downtown DC where there will be many 9-10s usually in groups of 4 or 5. What I'm most concerned about is how to effectively open on a set, pick my target, and then Isolate; all in a short amount of time. I can get over my aa as long as I have a legitimate Opener to approach with.
Any feedback on how to pull this off is appreciated.

Also: I'll have a wingman with me to take care of the others as I work on my targets.
