shes dropping ioi's but shes in a semi-serious relationship.. what do i do??

Ok so troops here is uno mas to ponder... I'm txting this girl who is a cousin of a girl I was once talking to(not a ex gf!) And so were talking and then n a few days she has a bf.. trust me the way she looks I'm not suprised but anyway she started dating the guy without really knowing a lot about him first so she doesn't know if he is a player or not! The problem is me and the girl start talking about it and I'm giving her advice and she drops in tidbits like "all guys are assholes! Except u!n or my favorite"if we were in the same situation how would u act if I asked u this?") but I don't wanna come across as the nice guy or fall n the friend zone! So the thing is I like her and wanna get with her without throwing this guy under the bus or fallin in the friend zone.. any suggestions??

first, are you sure that she is with a guy to begin with? some chicks like to pretend to be taken in order to get the arousel of the man she is interested in.
