Searching for someone named Confidence

Hey, I'm 18 and I have had countless chances and encounters with women/girls that i could have gotten their number. Everytime, i just over analyze the situation, trying to find the right opportunity to ask for it, and usually by the time I figure it out its too late, or shes long gone. I was speaking with my father about it recently and he said I'm lacking the confidence, and since I'm thinking too much about it, I overwhelm myself with thoughts and can't think of what to say...Is he right? how would you suggest i fix this? please help

yes he is right,I can tell your just starting pick up so I'll keep it simple. to fix that you should use the 3 second rule, which is Talk To A Girl within 3 second of seeing her,this rule makes sure you dont have time to talk yourself out of talking to her also have canned one line openers other then "so how bout this weather?" pick up is all mostly speed thinking, you have to be quick on your feet. with a lot of trail and error you will get better

Alright, so I go for it right when I see her. Is there a way for me to make sure I don't choke up when I'm speaking to a girl? and is there a specific time when I should go for the number?

just remember to breath and ask questions about what shes saying makes it look like your interested then you can reply with a push n pull or cocky and funny line, once you know shes interested thats when you go for the number
