i need help attracting my hot neighbours

Need some advice on this situation with my neighbors... OK so this is the situation....me and my room mate had leaks in our bathroom from the apartment up stairs...we pretty much just ignored and say its raining in the bathroom again because its over our bathtub. well one day its raining extra loud so i went in and its a down pour in there....my first reaction was to go up stairs and tell the neighbors to stop....i knock on the door and a hot girl answers..i say "please stop what ever your doing in your bathroom cause its leaking into ours" she said " OMG the toilets overflowing we dont know what to do..." so i ask if i could come in nd see whats happening. i go into the bathroom and there's - u guessed it an other hot girl standing on the bath tub with the plunger attacking the toilet....i make the joke "jesus what did u eat" the laugh...blah blah i call maintain they fix it... we introduce our selves, that's it.....now i see them all the time they always smile and we say hello but it never goes pass that.....any advice.............

LMFAO I have to just laugh at this situation, honestly that would of been an awesome set. They must of been really embarrassed. I know if my toilet overflowed and some HB came knocking on my door id be.

Go ask for something stupid like (sugar) if they dont have it make a joke about it like "well i guess i can just settle for some "sugga"" make some reason why you need the sugar like i was making cookies "maybe you could help me with them" blah blah blah....

Then say something like "We are just chillin down stairs, you/two should stop by sometime, for all i/we know you/two could be peeping tom/s"

If they dont bite to that. Just start a BBQ girls flock to a open grill.

Other options just think about anything about an apartment you can talk about neighborhood watch, block party, basketball, swimming pool. also a good neg would probably be something about them making to much noise when they walk. (ie: you guys sound like a pack of wild beast up there" or "do you dance up there or is the ceiling paper thin") i think you got it.

What if the next time you see them, you remind them about trying to help them out and now you need a favor. Then tell them you need help decorating your apartment for a new look because you are getting over a breakup with your girlfriend. so now you need a new look in the house since she helped you with the old look. Then see if you can get them to come over and help decorate, dont chicks love that kinda stuff? you know like, martha stewart and other daytime shows. Make sure its extra clean to make a good impression. And dont leave this post up where they can see it. What do you think?
