gone out , what's next ?

There's this one girl that I really like and I said we should hang out sometime . She agreed and met up one day and decided to go for coffee . But I'm not sure if it came across as a date or just two friends hanging out . We had a nice convo that day and left . I'm really not sure if she's interested in me as a boyfriend or just a friend . What can I do to read her mind ? Is it a good idea to just tell her that I like her and ask her out ? Does she seem interested ?

Whatever you do, DO NOT tell her you like her. Let her express her feelings toward you first.

Well ok I did'nt apply the M3 model before I met her and as far as body language is considered , I did'nt notice much expect she seemed to be really interested in the convo and opened up and spoke about a lot of her future plans and stuff . But I mean she would'nt go out for coffee is she did'nt have some kind of an interest atleast right ? I mean a few months back she used to keep texting me saying Let's hang out , but I had exams so I was busy that time
