Thunder, Monarch is dead on with his advice. you have to feel as though you are adding to their experience. you're making their night better. if you go into your apprach, any approach thinking that you're going to make their night a little- or a lot- better for you being there, it's going be fun for you and them.

as far as not enjoying talking to girls you don't know, just smile and compliment them on something they're wearing. ask them the story behind it. then thank them and leave. don't think you need to kiss close or sleep with them right away. for now just congratulate yourself on being able to have a nice, short conversation with someone without putting pressure on yourself. baby steps at first BUT keep pushing your Comfort zone.
