Default Approach anxiety

Hi, I'm looking for good practical advice on ways to practice approaching women during the daytime, to help deal with Approach Anxiety. I firmly believe that the only way to get more comfortable approaching strangers, is by practising approaching strangers! If you are in a shopping mall for example any practical examples out there of what you could ask a womans advice on?

There's a great, but extremely difficult and potent program out there called Demonic Confidence by Lucas West that deals with Approach Anxiety.
