Ok well I went up town today to meet my friend and then head to the gym...
I have always had confidence issues... but for some reason today I was walking around with my head held high and people were noticing me more... I bumped into a woman on accident and she said sorry I said sorry then I randomly spoke to this other woman... I don't know if this is in the right place but it felt so great!

Yea man congrats, I've actually been seeing that about myself lately too. My confidence has gone up tremendously and I am now able to open women way more than I ever could before. But I'm still not where I want to be. But keep it up
