Help me start my engine

Let me tell my background as far as PUA thing is concerned so that you can help me better.
I had 2 long term steady gfs till now(means had sex with them),and I really like to flirt with girls,when they like me and are open to me,well that was obvious,wh at I am weak at is that all the girls which I flirt with or can be my potential gfs are either my collegues or friend's friend(introduction) .And sometimes I feel scarcity of what I want.
I Still have not closed an stranger,well I admit that I never tried it with dedication,although I have tried once in a blue moon like asking directions and "hi,you resemble my blah blah" but these things did'nt help me out in closing the deal with the chicks.
Today I decided to go out and get rejected by some 3 to 4 chicks atleast and would say whatever comes in my mind(not the things which would make me an asshole!).Now it may seem funny but as I went out in a mall today where there were less chicks than usual,and some were with male friends,some in groups seemed so busy that they were rushing,the single ones,believe me 5 to 7 chicks I saw were talking to somebody on cell.I did not made a single approach.(yeah I know,shame on me).
I need to ask my seniors for some advice and what it could be in me which is stopping me from approach.

closing a stranger is a completely different mountain to climb. friend to friend introduction is a lot easier than approaching someone. a big thing that you have to do is realize what your doing Wrong for girls to be rejecting you. Did you have a bad Opener? Did you lack conversation flow? Did you not have enough confidence? These are all contributing factors on why you could be getting rejected. If you havent, read a couple books, i suggest 'the game' or 'the mystery method'. they'll straighten things out. keep approaching women, eventually you'll be so comfortable with it that your confidence alone will have them unzipping your pants for you.

5. Repeat steps 1 through 4 as many times as desired.

If you are in a mall the easiest way to Talk To Women is ask then to help you shop for some clothes. Women love picking out clothes for men. I have gone out and asked random women walking by if they could help me pick something out for such and such...It works.

As for a chick on the cell phone and walk next to her, pull out your cell phone and talk on it but repeat everything she is saying, she'll stop and ask you what you are doing just say I saw you walking and you looked so cute talking on your phone I had to come over and meet you or something like that or what ever you can think of saying but just be BOLD and authentic.

Confidence is key and lack of it is a killer. You have to have that f-it attitude with women. Don't have a care in the world if you get rejected maybe the midol isn't strong enough for her that day, who cares. Your attitude and body language should always be that they are privileged to have met you and be talking to you. Be your own king, you make the rules and live by your own rules.

Don't be an arse to them you have to have a balance and symmetry about you, some call it congruence, either way confidence in you, who you are, what you are are key. Even the slightest hint of lack of confidence will be noticeable to them and they will shoot you down with glee in their eyes.

Honestly the best way to figure out how to do it is to watch people do it. this is going to sound weird but there are videos on youtube that have hidden cameras showing how a guy approaches a woman than creates a conversation and gets a number. Watch those and you should be able to get some tips on how.

however honestly i think the mall is not a good place to pick up chicks. There people there are on the move and could easily shut you down by saying they were in a hurry to get somewhere or keep walking like they didn't hear you.

If you want to pick up a girl the best place to do it is where they are still for instance a bar or some where that they aren't moving. You want them to be comfortable and relaxed.
