Need help with a girl i am somewhat friends with

Hey guys my objective is to ask this girl on a date.

Background. We've talked a little bit off and on for the past year or two, and I'd say we're friends of a sort. I've talked to her a number of times so we are more than acquaintances, but we've never hung out outside of that, so not good friends.

She is the kind of shy, kind of weird/cute type of girl if that helps.

It is nearing the end of summer and she is coming back to college in a week and I want to ask her out on a date, but I'm not sure which would be the best method.

We are friends on facebook, so I'm not sure if that's a good idea and I accidentally came across her number a few days ago and decided to text her and pull the "whose number is this?" routine to Start A Conversation. She's not very responsive but we shared a few texts. Either she thinks I'm a texting buddy or she has a very busy schedule which she kind of talked about.

I might have came across as somewhat needy and lost attraction points a long while back, cuz I know i did like talking to her at one point.

I want to get to know her more, what is the best way to get something going? Facebook? Texting? Way to run into her on campus?

Dont have routines as the cards in your deck ,have skill instead ,because once a routine is done ,its done ,you cant do it again in the same interaction ,but skills can be done over and over ,so then you could play a card twice.

If you say, that she is not receptive with messaging, you should try to run into her and be playful with her and flirt as much as possible. Don't think about what she thinks of you, be independent and show that you have high status. Forget about your limiting beliefs.
