Creating an original opener

I am new to all of this PUA stuff and would like to pick a few brains in order to help me gain some footing.

I have noticed a lot of people posting about their successful openers and then below that the majority of the comments from others are about them using that particular Opener either "cut and paste" style or spin off of the original opener. I don't really like the idea of using a canned opener in any circumstance, because all women are different. While the underlying techniques such as teasing, dhv, ect. may remain constant for every interaction, the actual words used as well as the setting differs.

My question is, how do you take what you see and, in a creative and overall successful way, mold it into some sort of an opener based upon the woman/women in front of me?

I have looked for answers to this question and found a little bit of information on it, but I am really looking for a method to take the environmental stimuli and create solid openers.

(I realize this will come with practice and noting what worked and didn't work, but I would like to know how some of the more advanced PUAs developed this skill.)

I'm just gonna say for starters, stick with pop culture openers, and gossipy stuff. women eat it up. I read TMZ daily for a treasure trove of material. I'm currently opening with the topic of lindsay lohan posing for playboy. Great way to start the convo off with sex themed content.
