approaching women while working

long story short i work with women (lucky me)and 95% of customers are women. i wanted to just find out a few tips on how to approach with out losing my amazing job.

I wouldnt.

Depending on what your job is you will lose your professional appearance.

Let me show you an example.

I used to work with a guy and the company I worked for saw an amazing amount of foot traffic come through our doors. This guy would try to hit on every female customer and even our fellow collegues.

It had gotten to the point where I had to sit him down with the district manager to stress our policy.

Women/people were starting to avoid comming to our store because they knew he was on the 'prowl'.

If you are afraid at all that doing this will negatively impact your career, listen to your gut instinct and don't do it.
